HOW we work
We work as a forwarding agent for animal transport in accordance with the applicable regulations, IATA, IPATA, etc. and specialise in the worldwide transport of animals.
Before the journey:
As soon as you find out that you are moving or if you are planning a long journey, let us know and find out everything about the transport of your pets.
The sooner you do this, the more time you and we have to make preparations such as vaccinating your pets.
During the journey:
On all flights, your pet comes first. On the one hand, we take advantage of the fact that live animals have priority per se and, on the other, we make sure that this is also the case. Almost as if we were on board, we track the transport of all animals and support the staff at the respective airport to avoid any possible delays. That is why we are in constant contact with all those involved and with you. Because we have learnt from our customers that you feel better when you are well informed and can reach us at any time.
After the journey:
When your dog, cat or ornamental fish arrives at the destination airport, we have already made all the necessary preparations. Your pet will be collected from an air-conditioned apron vehicle and taken to the equally air-conditioned animal centre, where it will be given exercise, food and water. At Frankfurt Airport, this station is called the Frankfurt Animal Lounge (FAL) and is operated by Lufthansa.
